My passion for the pest management industry was inspired by my father, a distinguished Government Officer who served as a Village Development Officer and possesses over 45 years of extensive experience in agriculture, public administration, agrochemicals, fertilizers, and pest management. His unwavering commitment to excellence, technical expertise, and strong ethical values laid the foundation of my professional journey and continue to inspire our organization's standards of quality and integrity.

Complementing this strong industry background, I hold a B.Tech. degree along with an MBA in Marketing and International Business. This combination of technical education and business management has enabled me to develop expertise in strategic planning, marketing, customer relationship management, operational excellence, and organizational leadership. It has also empowered me to build Universal Hicare Pest Control into a company recognized for professionalism, innovation, and customer-focused service.
